Studio Terms & Conditions
1. Services Offered
We provide custom tattoos, body piercings, and cyber dreadlocks installation. All services are carried out by certified professionals in compliance with hygiene regulations.
2. Age Requirements & Consent
- Tattoos and piercings: You must be at least 18. Piercings may be allowed for 16–17-year-olds with written parental consent and the presence of the parent.
- Cyber dreadlocks: Available from age 16, with parental consent if under 18.
- You must present a valid ID.
- A medical disclosure and consent form must be signed before any procedure.
3. Appointments & Payments
- Bookings are available by phone, or in person.
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required during the booking call.
- Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Full payment is due after each session. We accept cash and major cards.
4. Hygiene & Safety
- All tools are sterile and/or single-use.
- All workspaces are disinfected before and after each session.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of drugs/alcohol or with visible skin infections.
5. Health Conditions & Liability
Before your appointment, please inform us if you:
- Have blood-borne diseases (HIV, hepatitis, etc.)
- Have skin disorders, open wounds, or active infections
- Are allergic to latex, metals, inks, or disinfectants
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
- Are taking blood thinners
We are not responsible for complications due to undisclosed health issues or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
6. Aftercare Guidelines
Tattoos: Follow the provided aftercare guide. Healing takes 2–4 weeks. Avoid sun exposure, water immersion, and scratching.
Piercings: Clean with saline solution, avoid touching, and follow healing timelines (4–12 months).
Cyber Dreadlocks: Avoid heavy products and high heat. Follow our care guide for best results.
7. Refund Policy
- No refunds are given for completed services.
- In case of adverse reactions, contact us. We may offer corrections, but outcomes are not guaranteed.
- No refunds for change of mind.
